Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Real-Helper iOS application ("App") or this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Real-Helper you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Real-Helper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Real-Helper is a home-search organizer that allows you to save properties, take notes, add photos and links, view county property data, estimate mortgage payments, and rank properties for comparison. The App connects to third-party data sources described below.
Real-Helper creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account when you first use the App. No username or password is required, and the account is a random identifier tied to your device installation.
The App asks you to sign in with Apple in two situations: when you connect with an agent, and when you subscribe. Signing in adds Apple as a sign-in method to the account you already have, so properties already saved on your device are unaffected.
An anonymous account exists only on the device that created it. If you delete the App, replace your device, or reinstall the operating system, that account and the information held against it may not be recoverable. Once you have signed in with Apple you can sign in again on another device, which restores your subscription status and your connection to your agent.
Your saved properties, notes, and photos are stored on your device. They are not transferred between devices automatically, whether or not you have signed in; moving them requires the Export & Sync feature, which is available to subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, and we are not responsible for data loss due to device replacement, deletion of the App, or operating-system reinstallation.

The Service integrates data from third-party providers. Your use of that data is subject to the providers' respective terms:
Mortgage rate estimates displayed in the Mortgage Calculator are sourced from the FRED® API provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
By using the Mortgage Calculator you agree to the FRED® API Terms of Use. Mortgage rate data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial or investment advice.
Property data (beds, baths, square footage, estimated value) may be sourced from RentCast. This data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Double-check anything you are relying on through other sources.
Isochrone polygons are provided by Mapbox and are subject to Mapbox's Terms of Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REAL-HELPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
ALL PROPERTY DATA, MORTGAGE ESTIMATES, DRIVE TIMES, AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR REAL ESTATE ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REAL-HELPER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Premium features are available via subscription through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Real-Helper does not store payment information. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
