How do I add a property?

Tap the + button on the My List tab and search by address, or tap Use my current location to look up the property you're standing at.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free lets you save up to 5 properties, use the mortgage calculator, and add photos, notes, web links and file links to them. Premium removes the 5-property limit and adds Property Data, Map View, Drive Times, Isochrone Zones, and Power Rankings. See the full comparison on the home page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find Real-Helper, and tap Cancel Subscription.

My data disappeared after reinstalling — can I recover it?

Property data is stored on your device. If you reinstalled the app without first using Export & Sync (Premium), the data cannot be recovered. Going forward, use Export & Sync to back up your list before reinstalling or switching devices.
