Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Real-Helper iOS application ("App") or this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Real-Helper you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Real-Helper is a home-search organizer that allows you to save properties, take notes, add photos and links, view county property data, estimate mortgage payments, and rank properties for comparison. The App connects to third-party data sources described below.
Real-Helper uses anonymous Firebase Authentication. No username or password is required. Your data is associated with a random device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device replacement or operating-system reinstallation unless you have enabled cross-device sync (Premium feature).

All content, design, logos, and software comprising the Service are the property of Real-Helper or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service integrates data from third-party providers. Your use of that data is subject to the providers' respective terms:
Mortgage rate estimates displayed in the Mortgage Calculator are sourced from the FRED® API provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
By using the Mortgage Calculator you agree to the FRED® API Terms of Use. Mortgage rate data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial or investment advice.
Property data (beds, baths, square footage, estimated value) may be sourced from RentCast. This data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Double-check anything you are relying on through other sources.
Isochrone polygons are provided by Mapbox and are subject to Mapbox's Terms of Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REAL-HELPER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Premium features are available via subscription through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Real-Helper does not store payment information. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
