This Privacy Policy describes how Real-Helper ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Real-Helper: Agent iOS application ("App") or this website (together, the "Service"). Real-Helper: Agent is designed for buyer's agents to manage clients, conversations, properties, and open house sign-ins.

3. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the Service.

3a. Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., Firebase)

We use cloud services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage to store account data, client records, chat messages, properties, and open house sign-ins. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3b. RentCast

When you request property data (a Pro feature), the property's address or other identifying information is sent to RentCast to retrieve public-record data such as beds, baths, square footage, assessed value, last sale price, and estimated market value. This data is stored with the property record and may be shared with your clients when you send that property to them.

3c. Real-Helper (Buyer App)

When your clients use Real-Helper, the buyer-facing app, your messages and shared properties may appear in their app. In that case, your name, profile, and the content you send are visible to them. Your clients' use of Real-Helper is governed by that app's own Privacy Policy.

3d. Apple

Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number or billing address. Apple's privacy policy applies to data processed in connection with purchases.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent to process certain types of data. In other cases, we process data as necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to comply with legal obligations, or to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, client records, chat messages, property records, and open house sign-ins for as long as your account is active, unless you delete them from within the App or request deletion of your account. We may retain certain logs and backup copies for a limited period for security, continuity, and legal compliance purposes.

Important — Pro subscribers: Deleting your account in the App does not cancel your App Store subscription. You will continue to be billed unless you cancel separately through your Apple ID settings.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we store, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Real-Helper: Agent is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Responsibilities

As an agent, you are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your clients and open house visitors before entering their information into the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and record-keeping laws in your jurisdiction. You should also follow your brokerage's policies regarding client data and communications.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
